Hummel Health & Wellness was founded by Breanna Hummel, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a wife, and a mother of three—whose passion for wellness is rooted in both clinical experience and real life.

Since beginning her nursing career in 2014, she has cared for patients across a wide range of settings, including ICU, surgery, and medical/surgical telemetry. These experiences built a strong clinical foundation—but also revealed a gap in care.

Too often, patients were treated for immediate concerns without addressing the deeper issues affecting their overall well-being.

She knew there had to be a better way.
